Personalized aesthetic care

Better skin starts with a better understanding.

Our approach

Your skin. Your concerns. Your plan.

Every plan begins with understanding — not a catalogue of treatments. This is how care works at ELARA, from first conversation to long-term skin health.

Treatments

Treatments chosen for your skin, not from a menu.

Each treatment below is part of a wider plan. Suitability is always discussed with a clinician — never decided by a webpage.

AI Skin Guide

Meet your AI Skin Assistant.

A simple, educational assistant that helps you understand common skin concerns, explore treatment categories and prepare for a consultation. It is not a replacement for a clinician.

The ELARA Skin Guide is an educational assistant. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or replace professional medical advice. Always speak with a qualified clinician about your skin.

Understanding acne

Acne can have several contributing factors — oil production, skin shedding, hormones and sometimes bacteria. A clinician can help identify which are relevant for you. Gentle, consistent home care and a personalized treatment plan are usually the most helpful starting points. If you have severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, please speak with a doctor.

Our approach

Care built on conversation, not upselling.

ELARA was created around a simple idea: that aesthetic medicine works best when the patient understands what is being recommended and why.

Assessment before recommendation

Every plan begins with skin analysis and a real conversation about your goals, not a treatment pitch.

Responsible, conservative practice

We advise against treatments when they are not suitable — and we are honest when a concern needs medical review.

Time to think

You will never be asked to decide on a treatment on the day. Plans are shared in writing so you can reflect.

Common questions

Questions patients ask before their first visit.

If your question is not covered here, the AI Skin Guide or a consultation will usually help — no commitment required.

A consultation typically lasts around 30–45 minutes. We will discuss your skin, history, routine and goals, and assess suitability for any treatments you are considering. You will leave with clear information and no obligation to proceed.
Treatment suitability depends on your skin type, history, current routine and what you would like to change. There is no single "right" treatment — which is exactly why we assess first and recommend afterwards.
Many treatments can be adjusted for sensitive skin, and some options are specifically gentler. If your skin is reactive, we will introduce treatments more gradually and monitor the response carefully.
Preparation varies by treatment. In general, keep your skin well hydrated and avoid introducing new active products in the week before your appointment. We will give you specific guidance if a particular preparation is needed.
Recovery depends on the treatment. Most patients resume normal activities quickly, with some redness or sensitivity for a short period. You will always receive clear aftercare guidance and a way to contact us if something concerns you.
If you have sudden changes in a mole or lesion, persistent pain, unusual bleeding, a widespread rash that is worsening, or any symptom that concerns you, please speak to a doctor or dermatologist promptly. Aesthetic treatments are not appropriate for diagnosing or managing medical conditions.
